Delete your eSIM Ventures: Travel & Data account

App: eSIM Ventures: Travel & Data
Developer: MR DIGITAL VENTURES LTD
Package / bundle ID: com.rajaibrahim27.esimventures

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time, from inside the app or by email. This page explains both routes, exactly what is removed, and what is kept.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the eSIM Ventures: Travel & Data app and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Tap Account in the bottom tab bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen and tap Delete account.
  4. A confirmation appears, headed “Delete your account?”. Read it, then tap Delete account again to confirm, or Cancel to stop.
  5. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app

If you have lost access to your device or can no longer sign in, email our support address from the email address on the account and ask for your account to be deleted.

We ask you to send it from the account email because that is how we confirm the request is genuinely yours; we cannot delete an account on the word of an address we cannot match to it.

We will action the request without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of receiving it — the maximum period allowed under UK data protection law for a request of this kind. If we need longer because the request is complex, we will tell you within that month and explain why.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials — your email address, password or linked sign-in provider, and the authentication record itself. You will not be able to sign in again.
  • Your profile record, including your email address and the record of when you accepted our terms.
  • Your discount-code redemption history.

Deletion is immediate. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore the account afterwards.

What is kept, and why

Records of purchases you have already made are not deleted. Instead they are de-identified: the link between the order and your account is permanently severed, so the order no longer identifies you.

What remains on a de-identified order is the transaction itself — which plan was bought, for which destination, the amount and currency, the date, and the payment and eSIM reference numbers needed to reconcile it.

These are kept because a completed sale is a financial and tax record. UK companies are required to retain accounting records, and payment and anti-fraud obligations apply to the card transaction independently of your account. Deleting them outright is not something we are permitted to do simply because an account is closed.

Separately, your card details are never held by us at any point. Payments are processed by Stripe, and their handling of that data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy terms.

Deleting the app

Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use one of the two routes above. Any eSIM already installed on your device is a separate profile managed by your phone, and is removed through your phone’s own mobile-data settings.
